It has a porch terrace with outdoor dining area. There is a living room with sofa/TV area and interior dining area, and an independent fully-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed and glass sliding doors that open to the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed. They share a full bathroom with shower. There is an additional room with dressing area and with a laptop working space.The bungalow has been recently redecorated and has free high-speed WIFI. There is a private parking space for one car at street level. The Puerto Rico beach and marina are 500 meters away. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area.
