We had a big issue with the baby cot at our arrival. The discussion through the app was not efficient at all. They insinuate that we do not know how to use it. But the truth is that they have no idea ! The bottom was not put. We fillaly found it in a cupboard, but so dirty that we could not use it. After 24h as no help was proposed we had to make it washed by ourselves. We also mentionned that there was no towel for the dish. We have not received any anwser. So we had to buy one. So we are very disappointed of the service. In 7 years in the Canaria islands it's the first time we have so bad service !For the appartement, the foot for the sun protection is broken, the outside table is broken with some metal pieces that are dangerous for a Child, the toilet sit is partially broken, the shower attach is broken... There are clearly some investment to do.
