Welcome to this fully renovated duplex in the south of Gran Canaria, ideal for families, couples and small groups of up to 6 guests. Combining modern comfort, premium finishes and a peaceful location, this stylish holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

The duplex is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor you will find a bright living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a spacious private terrace with your own jacuzzi. The terrace has been upgraded with new lighting, comfortable outdoor cushions and elegant decoration, creating the perfect place to relax both day and night.

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms with premium beds and high-quality mattresses, together with a second fully renovated bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower.

The property is also equipped with a modern rooftop solar hot water system, including a 300-litre hot water storage tank. This environmentally friendly system provides a reliable supply of hot water while reducing energy consumption.

Guests have access to three communal swimming pools (one for adults and two for children), a communal jacuzzi, sun loungers and landscaped relaxation areas.

The apartment includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, elevator access and optional air conditioning (additional daily fee).

Wir haben einen Parkplatz für unser Auto in der Garage gemietet, war optional für einen fairen Preis.Die Schlafzimmer waren mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet und haben eine gute Größe, die Schlafcouch haben wir nicht genutzt.Beide Badezimmer waren renoviert und haben alle Annehmlichkeiten die ein modernes Badezimmer braucht. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Whirlpool der sehr gut funktionierte und uns in der späten Nachmittagssonne viel Spaß gemacht hat.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kleine Details können noch optimiert werden um eine 5* Bewertung zu bekommen.
