Ehemaliges Farmhaus Lehsten

The group property is part of a former farmstead and is situated in a relatively secluded location on a natural plot of approx. 25,000 square metres. The spacious grounds also include a café, which is open temporarily on request, and a converted barn, which can be used for cultural events. The property is ideal for smaller family celebrations and groups of up to 16 people. It consists of a communal room of approx. 40 square metres with tables, chairs and a sofa set for 8 people and a large kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances, crockery and additional seating. An outdoor fireplace can be used for barbecues on the adjoining large terrace. A total of 8 double rooms are available for overnight stays, which are equipped with a double bed, TV and bathroom with shower/WC. Four rooms also have their own terrace and are equipped for the disabled. Sufficient parking spaces and various seating areas in the beautiful, large garden are available for all guests. There is also a sauna and a physiotherapy centre on the premises, where a variety of treatments can be booked. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption as well as final cleaning.



Lehsten is a small village in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, only about 17 km from the spa town of Waren (Müritz). The densely wooded region is a particularly popular destination for active holidaymakers such as hikers and cyclists. Water sports enthusiasts and anglers get their money's worth at the numerous lakes. It is around 4 km from Lehsten to the nearest lake, Lake Varchentin. The nearest shops, a restaurant and a bakery are 3 km away. The train station is around 18 km away and there is a motorway connection around 40 km away. In nearby Waren (Müritz), the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are various sights and attractions, such as the harbour, the historic old town and the Müritzeum freshwater aquarium. Boat and bicycle hire, passenger boats, cafés, restaurants and various shopping facilities are also located in the town.
