There are no steps on the first level of the villa, so it is suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Each room has a patio door to the outside. This property is ideal for a relaxing vacation immersed in the silent green countryside of Modica. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all modern comforts, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Eigentümern begrüßt und es wurde uns alles erklärt. Der Ort liegt sehr zentral, von dort sind die schönen Städte Noti, Modica, Ragusa und Syracusa gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
