A welcoming haven

We arrived, after 24 hours of travel, to a clean, air conditioned haven. They allowed us to check-in a bit early as we arrived sooner than expected. Self check-in was clear and easy. The room looked brand new and had a very cool refrigerator on the wall, plus a beautiful rain shower, a king sized bed, WiFi etc. We were very comfortable and happy with the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location in Modena and a nice neighborhood. It's self check in but the staff was very responsive through WhatsApp. It rained one day so we greatly appreciate the umbrellas for borrow. We visited in the Fall and it was a bit chilly out. I don't know if it's a Modena thing or just the building - the AC doesn't turn on when the outside temperature is low. Yes we can open the windows but the mosquitoes came in. Also it would be nice to have lotion and one trash can in the bedroom area. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful property just steps from the historic center of Modena, two blocks from the gallery Estense Museum and an easy walk from the train station. Beautiful historic property renovated with great taste. Beautiful luxurious bathroom, easy check-in, free parking if you have a car, and the most helpful host.
