What a great cozy accommodation! Very convenient (minutes from arches). We loved the area and easily walked to breakfast and dinner. The front desk was amazing and saved the day with letting us know arches requires an entry time ticket. Thankfully they release more time slots at 7pm the night before. I was ready at 7 and was able to book a ticket! She also provided an amazing restaurant for dinner. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name 😞! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I loved this hotel!! On a side street of downtown Moab which I preferred, a more quiet street. Still a short walk to all the shops and food. Room was very clean and nice. Lovely staff as well. Hot tub was huge, well kept pool area. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip.

Clean, nice room, but noisy.

The room was spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC was quiet. Because of a power loss that included the whole of Moab (the hotel had zero responsibility in the matter), we could only use it briefly. No breakfast is offered. The room was quite small, compared to the average American hotel standard. More European size. The worst part was the noise (which is a pity vs everything else that is positive). The window offers zero noise insulation (and luckily we were at the last floor - but Moab is pick-truck and jeep/rock crawlers' heaven, so...), the room doors have no mechanism to close them slowly and are not noise insulating, so lot of slamming (also because guests are generally not courteous and don't close doors slowly...). The floor was creaking loudly. We could hear people talking in the room next to ours (and they were not shouting). If you are a light sleeper, bring a noise machine, or find another accommodation. The location is good, and allows to reach on foot many of the restaurants and shops in downtown Moab. The Arches park is just 5 mins drive away.
