It could've been so much better. The location was great... but the location of my room was not. I was in one of 3 or 4 rooms right off the main road thru town. It was noisy and annoying. I had to have the AC on the entire time to drown out the noise. The room was clean and nice. There was a mini fridge and microwave... the bathroom was clean. I think my biggest complaint was that the only place to sit was horrendous little plastic chair that looked like it belonged in a children's playroom. It was extremely uncomfortable...

It was a great experience! I loved the room - they really went all out to make the rooms functional and clean. Definitely worth the price. One small piece of advice - reserve with the hotel itself - they have better prices than the travel websites.

Clean, comfortable, great beds, coffee in the room. At front desk, you can get special coffees and a gift shop very friendly help. And we ate at Dougs barbecue per staff’s advice. Five minute walk away.

Everything was clean & I loved being able to park right by my room. The bed wasn't comfy enough for me but I like a soft bed. If I stay ever again I will bring my rollup latex mattress topper. My back was sore when I got up. Other than that, it was an awesome place to stay!

I love this property. It’s a great stopping point for me when I drive back and forth between CO and AZ. The hotel is super cute and comfortable. It’s convenient. The staff are friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Vintage roadside motel lovingly redone in '50s and '60s chic. QUIET interior in spite of location on truck-busy highway crossroads. Comfortable bed. Room updated and maintained beautifully. Convenient key drop for early risers. Only minor negative is few food options in town in winter (one pizza place and a Thai restaurant)--research before you go. Eat in Moab where all the restaurants are (30 min away), but definitely stay here in Monticello!

This is a cool little retro motel. Very nice staff & location. Rooms are basic, but well equipped with amenities. I especially appreciated the microwave oven and retro mini-fridge.

Love this motel!

We have stayed here many times since the town is a halfway point for our drive. Very clean and comfortable, comfy bed. There is a new coffee shop that makes a nice latte, and a gift store which make it even better.
