Shabby but not chic hotel.
While masquerading as an upscale hotel this place is actually a dump. The furniture, carpets and general room appearance are worn and torn. With prior occupants’ fingerprints all over the glass tables and window it felt uncomfortable staying in this room. Food smells emanated throughout the hallways making us nauseous. The front desk staff tried to be helpful but seemed overworked and overwhelmed. The breakfast was well done, but was not enough to change the overall disappointing experience. Here’s hoping that more hotels come to Be’er Sheva to put this place out of business.

We had a positive experience at this hotel.
Pros:Free breakfast, staff are extremely friendly and helpful
Cons:No free Internet
We stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Israel. We were upgraded, at no extra charge, to business class. The mostly young staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. It would be nice if there were free wifi in the rooms as well as in the bar and business centre. The lobby and corridors are pleasant but could probably use a face lift. All in all, we had a pleasant time at this hotel and would certainly stay there again.
