A lockable storage room is available for bicycles and skis, and there is also a garage parking space and additional parking directly at the house.

In summer, hikes and mountain bike tours start right from the farm, while in winter, you can reach the world-famous Kitzbühel Alps ski area via the Mittersill Panorama Cable Car. Cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing routes are also in the immediate vicinity.
