Poplars is easy to find, no issues whatsoever with the room. The property, eg. the garden needs some tlc for a more pleasant visual stay, but that's by the by.

The bathroom plumbing was making a loud noise every 5-10 minutes. It was coming from Toilet tap and once turned off stopped it for the night. Sounded like it would suddenly try and fill all of sudden despite not being used but was quite loud and keeping us awake until we turned the tap off.

Uncertainty about access to the property, can I turn in across traffic? Iffy. Grounds are a bit rough and ready, decidedly unsafe pergolas are not suitable for kids playing outside.
