Very clean and helpful staff. Accommodations were fine for the price we paid. Nothing extravagant but perfect for our stay in Japan.

I booked two rooms on August 29 and I have already paid for two rooms for me and my friend and his wife. I have all evidence of confirmation on my payment and every details which your side send me by email. I arrived at hatagoya Mito Ooarai at 6 pm. But the managers told me tha only one room was booked for us. They told me that Hatagoya head office staff in Tokyo made a mistake. So we could stay for only one room. Around 9 pm, My friend stayed there. But I could not stay there with my friend. they picked me up to any inn which is very shabby inn . That inn, even, was 30 minutes by car off the Hatagoya Mito Ooarai. Even They did not get back my room charge. They told me that they could not pay back my room money. The head office will call me on October 23. Absolutely they overbooked. I want to call to police. I kindly and politly but sternly ask your side to solove this problem without any delay.
