This stylish and cheerful home features an open floor concept with 2 bedrooms and a fully remodeled bathroom. Perfectly located in Missoula's friendly westside neighborhood, just 5 minutes from Downtown with easy access to I-90. Recent upgrades include a brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flooring, and paint. Large bay windows provide ample, natural lighting in the modern living room. The spacious backyard is fully fenced which is great if you are traveling with a pet!

You'll feel right at home at our cozy cottage! Nestled in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood with plenty of yard space and foliage, this is a wonderful place for pets and children.

This peaceful neighborhood mixes modern architecture with historic homes and gives a diverse urban feel. You can walk or bike downtown and you are easily accessible to I-90. Also within close proximity are the Burns Street Bistro, Draught Works Brewery, Freestyle Climbing Center, and Westside Park.
