This modern holiday home is just a few kilometres from the sea, the airport and the Stagnone lagoon where you will find Mothia, an ancient Phoenician city and the salt pans with their windmills. Surrounded by greenery, but not isolated, the house is surrounded on both sides by a veranda of about 180 square meters. 2 bathrooms with shower, a laundry room with washbasin, 3 bedrooms for 5 people, a kitchen with adjoining living room. Air conditioning and TV in all rooms. The property is extremely bright, and adjacent to a garden of about 500 square meters with citrus trees and an olive tree.
There is also a private covered parking area and an outdoor shower.

schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft

Wir haben eine saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Da sich unser Flug verspätete sind wir leider erst in der Nacht angekommen, was für den Gastgeber kein Problem darstellte. Dafür vielen Dank! Gerne würden wir wieder bei nächster Gelegenheit erneut buchen. Moskito-Netze würden wir als Tipp mit auf den Weg geben wollen. Aber mal abgesehen davon alles in einem TOP. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e molto ben attrezzato. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto. Poiché il nostro volo era in ritardo, purtroppo siamo arrivati solo di notte, il che non è stato un problema per il padrone di casa. Grazie mille per questo! Prenoteremmo volentieri di nuovo alla prossima occasione. Vorremmo dare delle zanzariere come consiglio per il viaggio. Ma a parte questo, tutto in un TOP. We found a clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The price-performance ratio is right. As our flight was delayed, we unfortunately only arrived at night, which was no problem for the host. Many thanks for that! We would gladly book again at the next opportunity. We would give mosquito nets as a tip along the way. But apart from that, everything in one TOP.

Très jolie maison de campagne entre Marsala et Trapani

Grande maison, idéale pour famille ou groupe d’amis. Au calme avec un bel espace extérieure. Les hôtes, Caterina et Mariano, sont très gentils. Des personnes authentiques!!! Merci pour tout. À bientôt !
