Our birthday trip

I was a little disappointed with our as stay this trip, front desk staff and other workers doing various jobs were very friendly at all times but when we first entered our room it had a smell almost consistent with a wet dog, we turned our heat on and it helped eliminate the smell and we had a birthday party to attend and would be gone out until late, when we returned the smell was not as obvious.

The pool was lovely, grandkids loved it. All staff from pool maintenance, front desk, housekeeping were extremely friendly. Breakfast was okay varied selection, only 2 hot selections daily which didnt vary would be my only complaint however overall was amazing. Good value for money spent. Had lunch at restaurant one day it is good and reasonably priced. See you in October!

We’ve stayed at this property many times, it’s had various names and at times it’s been run down a bit. It’s a great location and we were very pleased with the upgraded facilities. Staff was excellent, Brett greeted us warmly, we felt appreciated. My only negative comment would be more variety’s of teas at the breakfast 😊. We look forward to our next visit to the area.

Was greated but lovely upbeat people at the front desk. Room was dirty with stains all over the furniture. The bed was so hard i felt like i was sleeping on the floor. They didnt even prove coffee mate for my morning coffee. Breakfast was old and dried out and not even edible.. would bot recommend this hotel to anyone.

All seemed good at first. Hotel is nice,and clean. My room had a great deep bathtub. Restaurant is excellent. However, my specific room during this stay was the last guestroom down a hallway on the main floor. Maid service was right across the hall. And laundry just to one side of me. What seemed to be two conference rooms were also immediately after that. This small end of the hallway had alot going on, all the time. It was very noisey. Being able to hear staff talk at seemingly theater volume at 11pm, right outside my door was not ideal.
