Largest Floor Plan in Villa Lago! Payton's Place is a beautiful, incredibly comfortable beach retreat. This stylish home has all the comforts, equipment and amenities you and your family will need. Our home is located in Villa Lago, the newest single family neighborhood within the gates of the exclusive Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Sandestin boasts more than 7 miles of white sand beach and bayfront property, four championship golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts and 90 lakes that are great for fishing. Villa Lago is a bright, beautiful development surrounded by the Baytowne golf course.

Our house is two doors from the community pool in Villa Lago and is an easy short walk to the Baytowne Wharf (<.5mile), with family fun, shopping and dining, but go ahead and drive one of the two golf carts instead. The home has 2 golf carts, one 6 passenger cart and one 4 passenger cart. This home has 4 spacious comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Our home sleeps 10 comfortably, all in their own beds. The house has 4 outdoor patios, several with seating. The main patio (back of house) off the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon wine - down as the sun sets on the other opposite of the house. Our home is one of the largest four bedrooms in the neighborhood, and the extra space, in the bathrooms, bedrooms and living area, will immediately make you more comfortable.

The look and feel of this beautifully designed home will immediately put you and your guests in a vacation state of mind. The colors, finishes and furnishings are so relaxing, you may never want to go home! Stay a while....the house has everything you need for a convenient extended family beach and golf escape. Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and beach toys, plus a new Cornhole bag game set, footballs, a volleyball and more.

Inside the home, we have set the house to be as comfortable as possible for everyone. We have provided games, cards, puzzles and five flat screen TVs, with Apple TV on the large TV in the family room, for entertainment during that rare rain storm here in Paradise. There is extra seating at the large master dining table (10) and the large kitchen island (4).

The kitchen is also top shelf. A great place to cook and enjoy a family meal. New, premium stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartzite countertops, and all the convenience appliances you could ever need, it is also fully stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare those wonderful family meals. There is a new gas grill on the back patio, as well.

We feel this is the best location in Sandestin, which is the best community on the Emerald Coast for a beach holiday. We have made this a labor of love to create a beautiful home from which you can enjoy your fun and relaxing getaway. We think you will love it as much as we do.

Great location with lots of room for a big family.

This house is great! Great location, close to the pool and quick access to the warf. Fully stocked kitchen with LOTS of extras. We had a wonderful time here. The golf carts were a nice way to get around the resort.

Great Vacation

We just finished our stay and it was wonderful. We arrived early and asked if we could go in early and it was no problem. We had a few questions for the owner and each time we were answered back right away. Overall the house was just as it looks in the pictures, it was clean and really nice. The location was great and having the golf carts was perfect for getting around the resort. We would definitely stay here again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking in Sandestin!

This is a gorgeous home, so clean & cozy. My husband and I just got back from there with our 6 & 2 year old boys. It was perfect for them! We also brought my parents and brother & it was a dream for them. One of the best places we have stayed.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Once again - this place was perfect for our annual family trip to Florida - our second year staying in this beautiful home and we all loved it just as much as last year. With 4 adults and 6 kiddos - we had plenty of room and it was so easy to get to the beach, Baytowne Wharf activities, shopping, etc. using the 2 golf carts included. The pool right next to the property was a big hit with the kids also. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. We all felt right at home the moment we walked in. The hosts were wonderful & responded right away to a few questions we had & want to say “thank you” for sharing your home & making our vacation extra special. We didn’t want to leave!!

Such a beautiful home! The home was well equipped, from the kitchen to toiletries! It was really just a perfect location. The golf carts were wonderful and for a group our size, it’s a good thing there were two. We shopped for a long time for the right house- and not many homes offered two carts. The home is located in a really nice part of the community, two doors down from the swimming pool. A late evening walk on the golf cart paths, or throwing a fishing line into the nicely stocked ponds around the property was an evening favorite. There is a little eco-pond behind the house and listening to the frogs on the back porch in the evenings was so peaceful. I was a bit worried about mosquitoes- but sat outside every night and wasn’t bitten a single time. There is SO much to do in the community! The property owners are wonderful! We had a question about the TV remote (technologically challenged), and they immediately responded and helped us figure it out. There were tons of beach toys for the babies to play with at the beach- and no need to pack your own beach chairs- there were PLENTY there. I would absolutely return and select the same home over and over again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic property! Was everything we were looking for. The golf carts were a bonus and I’ll probably never book a property that doesn’t have them! House was clean, smelled amazing, close to everything, and quiet area. Owners were great to work with- our only issue was the internet went out and I couldn’t figure out how to reset the box. They responded immediately and all was good.

Great Stay

This was our family's first trip to Destin. This property was ideal for us. It was close to the community pool. The beach was a short golf cart ride away. I appreciated having all the necessary beach equipment to use. It saved us from having to buy it all. The resort was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The property was exactly as described. Kim quickly answered any questions we had, and even invited us to check in earlier than the check in time. We all really enjoyed having 2 golf carts. Appreciated the detail in the home instructions. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels provided. Loved seeing the newer beach chairs, we actually brought a couple of our own as so many times the beach chairs at rentals are old or broken, but this was not the case here. Plenty of beach towels in the laundry room as well. Overall great stay and loved this home.

Perfect place for our family vacation!

This home was perfect in every way. Beautiful, very spacious, so well kept and clean - had everything we needed to make us feel comfortable. The location was also great - easy to get to the beach and Baytowne Wharf activities using the 2 golf carts - we didn’t even need to use our vehicles once we got there! The hosts were also very accommodating and prompt answering any questions we had before we arrived and during our stay. We definitely want to book this place for our annual family trip to Destin next year. Can’t think of one negative thing to say! A great place and we highly recommend! A big thank you to our hosts for helping make our family trip great!

The house is immaculate! 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms is the best! 2 golf carts was a must for us, you never have to get back in your car. The kitchen is huge and was the perfect place for us all to hang out. This was our 3rd time staying in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and it is hands down our favorite! The beach, pools, Baytowne Wharf, grocery store, restaurants....all right there! Last but not least, the ownwers are the best. We had a few questions in the beginning and they always responded quickly. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home; great location

This was our 3rd stay in Sandestin and our 2nd in Vila Largo. This home has luxurious updates throughout the home that made our stay great. Nice little view our the back and great proximity to Baytown Wharf with lots to do especially with little kids. Having a second golf cart was a great bonus especially with a larger group.

This is such a beautiful house! It exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in sandestin gold and beach resort many times and this rental is now our favorite. The two golf carts were so nice to have and the house is very clean and organized. Hosts were very nice and responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again!

The house was just as described and they have thought of everything you could possibly need from the golf carts, beach supplies, and a well stocked kitchen. Communication was great the entire trip from checking in to leaving the property. Would definitely go back again!!

2023 Summer Vacation

My family and I have visited Sandestin for over 15 years. This property is perfectly located in Villa Lago - literally a few steps from a pool. Ben and Kim were very responsive and the property was very clean and accommodating. The owners provided everything that we needed! Highly recommended. We will return soon.
