The Space:

Side A:

The main living area is located on the second floor and features safety gates at both the top and bottom of the staircase. This level offers a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, private balcony, and a convenient half bathroom.



The first floor includes two primary bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and private full bathroom. A washer and dryer are also provided for guest convenience.



Side B:

The main living area is located on the second floor and includes safety gates at both the top and bottom of the staircase. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, private balcony, and a half bathroom.



The sleeping accommodations include a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and private full bathroom, as well as a second bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds, ideal for children. A washer and dryer are included within the unit for added convenience.

This was a perfect rental for our family gathering. Because of the two sides of the duplex, people that wanted to do electronic things or TV had the privacy of one side of the duplex , while those that wanted to play board games had the privacy of that side of the duplex. It was the perfect set up. The private pool was an added plus!!

Communication was clear, friendly and prompt. Everything was exactly as described, beach chairs and umbrellas in good condition. We had 7 adults and 5 children and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. We had an amazing stay. Minus the slight inconvenience of having to go out everytime you wanted to go to the other side since there is no joining door. The property was clean.
