Located in the lush, gated, and upscale SEASCAPE Resort of Destin/Miramar Beach, FL, this condo villa is perfect for a relaxing long weekend or lengthy stay. Tranquil, 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa also features a spacious, furnished balcony overlooking stunning views that include a golf course, Stewart Lake and the Gulf of Mexico. Second floor condo is in a 2-story 4-unit building; easy walk and convenient adjacent parking.

You’ll find all the comforts of home with plush furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen, along with the many surrounding amenities for fun. The swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court is behind the building and beach access is only a few blocks away. The newly built basketball court is a short walk away, on-site bike rentals available and catch-and-release fishing in the lake directly outfront.

This nicely updated 1,110 sq. ft. condo which sleeps six includes a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. Two full baths  -- one in an en suite; combo dining room and family room with high ceilings and glass sliders for easy balcony access. Covered balcony is fully furnished and measures a spacious 25 ft x 8 ft. You’ll enjoy free WiFi, 3 tvs (one in each bedroom), 2 DVD players and free cable with an extensive list of channels. Plenty of closet space, linens/towels, hair dryers, iron & ironing board, plus a high-chair for children. In-building washer/dryer and an outside storage unit contains beach chairs/multi-use cart/toys.

Meal planning is a breeze with Publix, Winn-Dixie grocery and liquor stores just a short drive away. Not in the mood for cooking? There are many casual or upscale restaurants for dining in or take-out. Be sure to set aside a day for shopping at Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard or Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall with over 100 brand name stores. The entire family will enjoy The Village of Baytowne Wharf that includes shopping, a ropes course, playground, carousel, great dining, arcade games, sweet treats, live music, festivals and movies.

Decent Stay

The condo is nicely updated for the most part and the property manager was responsive. The condo was very dusty and needed a deep cleaning. Also, I originally rented a different condo and they changed the condo number without notifying me which caused a lot of confusion. Seascape resort is wonderful and the view from the front porch was great - you can see the ocean. Overall we had a nice stay.

Month at SEASCAPE

Was mislead by property manager in renovations taking place next door. Was told it would be going on a couple days but it was the entire month and still going when we left. Our entry door was continually blocked, construction debris left everywhere, and constant noise even on weekends. Called manager after the first couple of days and they came over to address the issue. Only lasted one day and it continued on. on a positive note, the location was awesome and neighbors friendly. Need to fix large sliding door in unit. Very hard to slide.
