"Ravens Hollow" is a disability and child-friendly house in Laurel Grove within the resort of Sandestin®. It is situated with only 3 steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house on the main floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).
There is a king-sized bed in the large, 1st floor main bedroom, with its own private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The main suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!
Two queen beds are in the additional first-floor bedroom with en-suite access to a private, full bathroom.
Every bedroom has canned ceiling lights and a ceiling fan. The rooms are light and bright, and you'll just love them!
The living room has a huge sectional and an additional chair for kicking back and relaxing in comfort with a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. You will find a Bluetooth speaker ready to be linked to your phone to stream the music you enjoy. The living room also has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Ravens Hollow."
This privately-owned home has a large kitchen featuring granite countertops, a granite backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available, as well as traditional coffee maker. The kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.
There is a stacked FULL washer and dryer in the main floor laundry closet with detergent provided.
The outdoor space at "Ravens Hollow" is fantastic! A covered back porch has comfortable chairs to enjoy those golf course views. The backyard is private from other neighbors as we are situated perfectly to view the Ravens golf course. The front porch is just as lovely with lots of room!
"Ravens Hollow" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the Lakeside nestled amongst golf courses, mature trees, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 2 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 2 miles of the front door!

This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand-new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.
