Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Spring Break

This home is in a nice neighborhood, but needs to be upgraded in a couple areas. The outdoor furniture is rusted and the a couple of the chairs legs has rusted off uneven. I don’t like to list negative comments, but we wouldn’t stay in this area on spring break again. It wasn’t particularly only the house though.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

I came as the chaperone for my daughter (age 20) and 12 friends (age 20 and up) for spring break from LSU. The house was perfect! Everyone had plenty of room and space. The kitchen was well-stocked and we ate 2 dinners in during our stay. The walk to the beach was so easy. The community is cute and we felt very safe.
