Beautiful and Convenient!

Beautiful place, with everything you might need for your vacation and more. Close walk to the beach, nice pool, safe and good looking golf resort. Perfect for walkers and runners while enjoying the nice ocean view. Will come back and stay at this place as long as they allow us to. Thanks!!

Topeka concert trip

Great location for walking to concert venue/activities in Seascape, beach, and Acme Oyster Bar. Condo had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Evolve very organized with great communication.

Fantastic weekend stay

We stayed at the condo for Topeka music festival. It was a great location. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to not feel like we were stepping all over each other. Sitting out on the patio was a lovely way to start the morning. The location made it easy to get over to the festival in the evenings and also to get around town during the day. It was also very close to the pool for the area and I loved spending the day over there reading and floating. We will definitely look for this condo when we book next year!
