Discover a family paradise bathed in the sun at Mainsail Breeze. This newly remodelled home sits directly on the dunes looking over the beach and neighbourhood. Simply walk out your door and into the beachside pool or private beach access. The beach attendants have a daily beach chair setup for guests from March to October.
Mainsail Breeze is in the gated community of Mainsail. The resort grounds feature many options for your family. Take a dip in one of two community pools; a heated pool on the north side and a pool with a hot tub on the south side next to the beach. The hot tub at the south pool is an excellent place to relax and take in the Gulf views after a friendly game of tennis. The grounds at Mainsail also include access to a fitness facility, grilling area, kiddie pool, tennis courts, and an arcade.
Mainsail Breeze is near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, award-winning dining, shopping, markets, and the village of Sandestin.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - King bed with bathroom and a balcony overlooking the neighbourhood and Gulf Of Mexico (sleeps 2).The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). There is a washer and dryer and all major appliances inside the home.
Access to the unit is via an elevator or stairs. This home is located on the third level of building three.
Parking is available on-site, and the gate guard will direct you to the appropriate area. There are covered and uncovered parking spaces located at the tennis courts. Parking spots are not assigned and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. No traveller is allowed to park in owner-reserved spots.
Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided to get you through the first day. We do not provide sports equipment, but that is available at local markets and stores.
Check-in time is 4 PM (Central), and Check-out time is 10 AM (Central)
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!
We provide four portable beach chairs you can bring onto the beach. Professional beach chair setups provided by beach vendors are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated from November through March.
This property is in the gated community/resort of Mainsail and is restricted by the HOA rules and regulations. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction. Breaking local laws on premises will result in appropriate and necessary action.
