Este condominio exquisito duerme 6, tiene 1 cama King y 2 gemelos, junto con un sofá cama Queen. Con 3 televisores, 3 reproductores de DVD y un reproductor de CD, ¡lo pasarás increíble! Esta unidad cuenta con una cocina recientemente remodelada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor está decorado con una nueva mesa de comedor para seis. ¡Este comedor extra grande es un gran lugar para disfrutar de cenas familiares! El salón tiene un sofá cama queen size y un sofá de dos plazas. Disfrute de la gran TV de pantalla plana montada en la sala de estar. El armario de la cocina tiene una gran combinación de lavadora / secadora apilables para su conveniencia. Beach view was unobstructed and the condo was clean when we arrived. Overall, we did have a good feeling about this unit.I would recommend a walk-off mat at the front door ( as most of the other condos have) to help remove some of the dirt from your shoes. The carpets were very dirty.

Very nice room and place to stay. Very clean friendly ppl easy pool and beach access. Only complaint would be the pull out mattress might need to be replaced but we enjoyed our stay over all

Beautiful ocean view!

We were traveling to Hilton Head and decided to make a change due to Hurricane Ian. We loved the location of the condo and the beds were very comfortable too. It was nice and clean and the community is beautiful!

As soon as you open the door you see the gulf. The layout of the condo was perfect! The patio was large and private.

THE AMAZING VIEW!!!!!

Everything was great. Felt like home with an awesome view as soon as you walk in. The balcony is large so everyone can just spread out and chill. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Great place to stay. The unit was super clean and the pictures are accurate. Mattress in master a little lumpy and could be replaced but not unbearable. Prefect place for my family to enjoy for the week. Thank you.

Great family getaway

This property was a great location for our family. We have two adult children, and the condo has a large living area. Plenty of room to spread out within the condo. The unit was just outside of the elevator, so was very convenient. Just a short walk to the pool and beach.

Great place, would highly recommend it.

Great location, easy elevator ride and walk to beach, good beach and pool vibe. The condominium itself was great, freshly remodeled, no maintenance issues. The ocean water had some algae, but nothing anyone can do about that.

Almost perfect

Overall nice stay and met expectations. View from the 12th floor was great especially for the fireworks on the beach. Kitchen could use a few more dish pieces like more than 2 cereal bowls. And the water in the shower sounds like someone is vacuuming. Other than minor things like this, it was a good stay.

Nice vacation at the Beach

The condo location was great, and we liked the closeness to the pools and beach. We were visiting family in the area and have stayed at Tops'l before- this was our first time at the Tides. The view from the condo was fantastic and the balcony was very nice- we used it every day. There was plenty of good shopping / restaurants in the area. We rented a pontoon boat at Destin Harbor one of the days and that was fun. There is a state park very close to the condo and it had some wonderful hiking. The condo was adequate - kitchen was nice- but could use some updating as the carpet seemed worn in the bedrooms. The master bedroom shower stall was a bit slippery - could probably use some kind of anti- slip shower treads. The kitchen was well stocked except there were only 3 beverage glasses - lots of wine glasses though!

Nice unit

The unit is just as the pictures showed. It was a nice unit and clean, which is important to me. It does need some "freshening up". With a little decorating and sprucing up this could be an awesome unit. Please let the plastic flowers go! With all of that being said, I would stay here again.

Girls trip

The condo & view was amazing. The area was beautiful. The only thing we did not like was there was no beach service. We knew that, but to rent beach service is outrageous! So we went & bought our own umbrella & chairs, but the way they set up the beach service left little room for someone who didn’t have it. While that is not the condos fault, they might think about offering it with the condo. So that being said, we would not rebook that particular condo.
