If you desire a coastal color palette of rich blues, you will love Frangista Finale. Beautiful furnishings and a fabulous beach backdrop of white sands, turquoise and emerald green waters create a dramatic vacation "finale" that you won't forget!

This luxury beachfront townhouse has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16 people. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floor with travertine tile on the first floor.

The first level has 2 bedrooms, a wet bar with beverage cooler & Keurig, and easy access out to the gas grill, splash pool and beach. The king bedroom overlooks the beach and has a 50" smart TV along with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on the first level has four built in bunks with 4 queen beds, a 50" smart TV.
The second floor hosts the living and dining area with a dining table for 6 and extra seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed and provides an amazing view of the Gulf. A 42" smart TV with DVD player, two comfortable leather chairs with ottomans and sofa complete the living area. The second floor beachfront balcony has an outdoor dining table for 6. Down the hall is one King bedroom with a walk-in closet, 32" TV with XBox360, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the third floor is the primary suite with a balcony which overlooks the beach, a king bed, a comfy chair and ottoman for relaxing, and a 32" TV. The primary ensuite bathroom has double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking bathtub. The beachfront balcony on this level has 2 chairs and ottomans for your evening respite. Down the hall from the master suite is another king bedroom with 32" TV, closet area, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway. The private residential elevator in this home is made available only upon request.

The splash pool can be heated (Available Oct-May) for an additional $45 per day plus tax for your entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA. RV's or Trailers cannot be parked at the home & no tents or canopies on the beach per HOA restrictions.
