Fairways 296 is located on the North side of the prestigious Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Destin beaches are known for their crystal white sand and turquoise gulf waters of the Emerald Coast. This property is near The Village of Baytowne Wharf and a short drive away from the beach access on the South side of the resort. Catch the free tram service to take you anywhere you want to go in the resort or take your private golf cart!

Enjoy this peaceful getaway while still being close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. This beautiful two-story townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms which sleeps up to 4 guests. Once inside, you will enjoy the cozy and comfortable living room and dining area with those Golf-course front views. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and offers stainless-steel appliances which is perfect to prepare a home-cooked meal. The half-bath is located downstairs and there is also a full-size washer and dryer to stay on top of your laundry! Step outside the living room onto your spacious back deck and enjoy the green space and serenity with friends and family.

Your upstairs master bedroom hosts a king bed, perfect for lying in while watching TV or checking out the views from your large windows. The attached bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will also find the guest bedroom with its own fabulous views of the golf-course and bay. The king size bed and flat screen TV are ideal for mornings spent indoors. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

First time Vrbo'ing

Being our first time doing something like this, we were a little nervous but couldnt have been happier with the experience. From the check in to check out it was super easy and an overall great experience. Location was nice and was a great condo. Our golf cart being there was a great time saver and communication was quick and nice. We would definitely recommend and come back.

Best stay yet in our 10 yrs visiting Sandestin Resort

We planned a trip for the kids and I (and spouse if able to arrange with work etc) It was very easy with the use of a smart phone and apps downloaded. All right at our fingertips and accurate. Got in a around midnight and no issues at all and left at 4-5am and easy to checkout as well. Golf cart was wonderful especially around the resort that we never had to leave if we didn’t want to. The VRBO Pictures online do not do it justice and more online at the rental groups website. It felt like home to us but with stairs to bedrooms and bathrooms. Half bath on main level was wonderful as well for others while showers were in use or cooking on main level. The view to the back ended up being surprisingly sentimental as it was unbeknownst till our arrival framed the 2 palm trees at the bay that our entire family took photos under before our father’s passing.
