Our condo is located on the ground floor with open views to the lush grounds and sand dunes and peeks of the sparkling gulf behind the sand dunes. The convenient ground floor location provides easy access to the heated pool, hot tub and the boardwalk to the white sands of Sandestin.
*Tram/Shuttle access included for travel around Sandestin during stay.
The living room has a queen sectional sleeper sofa. The living room has a 55" smart TV to enjoy after your day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with pillow top mattress, wall mounted 32" smart TV, attached master bathroom with a large shower and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with plush top mattresses, a 32' HDTV, a large closet and a separate bathroom. After a day at the beach, enjoy the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table has lots of room to gather around and make plans for your next day at the beach.
And, don't forget all that Sandestin has to offer. Golf, tennis and bike trails are all available on property. What a wonderful place to stay! My husband had a work conference at the Hilton, so this allowed me to relax and still be conveniently close. All the amenities were perfect, close beach access, the pool, the view. Doug & Jennifer were so quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be planning another trip.

Good location but overall our stay was just ok. We were disappointed by the lack of toiletries and other basic supplies such as toilet paper, which most vacation rental properties provide. Owners had extensive strict cleaning requirements before leaving including washing beach towels and floors even with a cleaning fee charge, while not providing enough cleaning supplies.Also lots of noise throughout the stay due to ongoing construction and gardening noise.Mediocre condo compare to other condos that we have stayed at.

My husband, our 13 year old, and I loved our stay. It was conveniently located to the pool and beach. I loved that we didnt have to bring our own beach towels and chairs. I felt extremely safe at the condo. Doug & Jennifer answered any questions promptly. The condo was spacious and clean, the amenities were very nice- easy beach access. The only thing negative is that you do have to pay for an umbrella and chairs if you want a front row view of the ocean- they do not come with the stay. But there are chairs, and an umbrella at the condo! We purchased an extra tent and set up each day it was still a fantastic time on a beautiful beach!

Great beach condo

The condo was on the first floor and pretty much as close as you can get to the pool/beach access. Very convenient location within the building, and the condo itself had plenty of space for our family of 3. The Sandestin resort property is very nice, and Miramar Beach is beautiful with white sand and crystal clear water. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend getaway at the beach

Perfect spot

This is the perfect spot. Pool and beach are under 1 minute away. It’s on the first floor so there is a back yard for the kids to run around. That area is fully fenced and the pool and beach are gated and require a passcode so it’s perfect for safety of littles. The parking lot is super close as well so the in/out is so easy. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys included. Truly an effortless vacation spot.
