Great rental

Great location tons of near by shops,great restaurants, lots of convenience near by. Beaches were very crowded not much space for walking beachline but was week of July 4th water was crystal clear and beaches were very clean

Very nice view and comfortable place

The place was very nice and comfortable. Loved the view from the balcony. Would rent again. Has an issue with a toilet and they were there within an hour to fix it. Very responsive also.

July 2022 Stay

We cannot say enough about how perfect the location of this condo was. It was easy access to everything from the beach to restaurants to activities for my son. The condo itself was pristine and had amazing amenities from all the beach gear to tons of towels and great kitchen supplies. It was a great stay and we look forward to visiting again.

I am a hotel/condo snob so I am happy to give this condo 5 stars! Everything was as described. We loved the decor, the location was perfect, the view from master bedroom and balcony was beautiful, accessing the unit/beach/pool was easy. We will definitely rent again. Thank you!

Family vacation

The location to the beach and pool were close for our two babies. Communication was easy and quick responses. My only complaint was it looked like the coffee table, tv stand and under the tv stand hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that great condo.

It is well maintained and so relaxing. Don't use two blow dryers at one time and trip a breaker like we did, but not one other issue. Hope to be back soon.

It was beautifully appointed; had everything you could need and the most comfortable beds! The view is breathtaking. The kitchen is totally stocked with a fabulous refrigerator and a Keurig coffeemaker. Everything was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. It was a wonderful trip and we will definitely rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time. I really enjoyed staying in Beachside II 4313. I only have one complaint, most nights we could not enjoy the balcony because the people staying above us played music loudly and the smell of marijuana was very overwhelming. This was a disappointment since when we rent a condo on the beach it is one of our favorite things to do.

Clean condo & Amazing Views!!

This condo had everything we needed for our trip including an amazing patio and view. It was very clean and easy to access the beach each day. We we tee chairs on our first morning for the entire stay which was nice. The only thing that I would say is to confirm your entry key/log in before arriving. We were given the pool / beach and parking gate codes but no house code. We had to call the emergency line to get the back up key code. Other that that, we really enjoyed our stay and the condo!!!!

Summer beach vacation turned into fighting for spot on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice and the view is incredible. But the overcrowding on the beach is a problem. We wanted a relaxing vacation but in order to get a spot on the beach, we had to get up at 6am to get our chairs/umbrella out there. You can pay to rent beach lounger/umbrella but they have rows of these. You may or may not be able to see the water. This used to be a nice location, high rise condo buildings have ruined it for everyone. Not to mention there were people smoking marijuana on their balconies. This is not what we were looking for in a vacation. I wish I had never booked this location. I know better now. I will look elsewhere from Destin.

Great room/pool and beach need work

I used to come to this property years ago and loved it due to being so clean and great atmosphere . The room was still that way. The pool deck was another story. Had constant ant problems at all areas we tried to sit on lounges or chairs. The beach area had quite a bit of litter. The strangest thing was overall the people there (staff, many visitors, and locals) were not very friendly. It’s the only place I’ve ever met a rude Chick Fila group. We went to the Beach House restaurant and although they weren’t busy waited over an hour for food. Saw the waitress all of 3 times. 2 by request of other staff over a 90 minute period. The hostess was pretty awesome and had a great attitude. She actually gave us most of what we needed and was great with kids. Overall it seemed like a lot of hype for an experience that took forever for anything. Went to Perdido Key last month and in general it was a more pleasant fun experience with nice people. Everything provided by the rental company was easy as far as check in/out process.

July 2020 Stay

Nice but new needs good deep cleaning & enough wine and coffee mugs for 4 adults. Would recommend, stay again but not at that price. It has all the appliances and location is great. It served 2 couples equally well with both rooms having king beds. Air circulation in the bedrooms were poor and left us warm at night, but did find fans in the closet. Thank you! And we bought 4 wine glasses and left them there. :-) Referring to deep cleaning, you could tell under the beds lacked attention in a while, bathroom vents could be vacuumed, found m&m’s and goldfish crackers under a chair. And towards the front of the unit you get whiffs that this was probably a unit where an owner was a smoker...when it has permeated in the vents and woodwork. Property - It was problematic that the elevators were under service for 2 days enduring a lot of wait time and cramming in during this Covid time. The buildings ice machine was out the entire 8 days and one gate in the gated community remained open. Disappointed in Sandestin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying at Beachside II 4313. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Great views! Two things for owners to consider- 1) master toilet runs and doesn’t flush properly. Very noisy. Handle broke while there on first flush and was fixed but still needs work due to continuous running. 2) consider a plush mattress topper fir master bed. It’s a brick so we opted to stay in other king size bed after our guests left. Other than that- perfect unit!

Nice place

Rally enjoyed the stay--room was very nice. Pool was closed and beach closed for most of Friday for riptide, which was not ideal.
