The property is perfect if the current renovation was not taking place. We had multiple windows covered for replacement and lost some of the great views. Don't plan on sleeping in, with heavy construction going on outside the condo. We were not told this until the day before our stay. Remember if you book through VRBO all they do is charge you to process the payment. Always look for who manages the property So the listing through VRBO was false and they are not there to assist, it falls on the property management Give it one to two years to complete construction Then it will be a great place to stay

We were told 2 days before our arrival there would be some exterior construction going on at the building, however we had no idea it would literally be right outside our 18th floor unit. Upon arrival we could see that every window (except the front) was covered in plastic, foam board or tarps. It was also obvious the balcony off of one of the master bedrooms could not be accessed, nor was it usable since it was packed with construction materials. Our first morning there we awoke to pounding, drilling, and loud music outside our windows. There were workers directly outside of the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom windows all day, as well as the following day, and although the windows had protective material over them, there were still gaps so it was a bit disturbing to shower or use the bathroom when they were working. The worst of it though was the loud, deafening, obnoxious noise we endured for 2 days (basically half the time, since we were only there 4 full days). The Thanksgiving holiday provided a reprieve from the construction, otherwise it would have been worse. But even when they weren’t on the premises working, all the tarps directly outside the bedroom windows were flapping loudly every night disturbing everyone’s sleep it’s a shame no one is taking responsibility for the fact this property should never have been rented during this time.

Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. Contacted our host and they responded in a timely manner. No coffee pot in the coffee machine and they brought us a new one to use. Condo was immaculate and the decor was perfect for a beach vacation. Enjoyed our week just relaxing at the beach, shopping, eating out and spending time with friends.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher and a hardworking husband! The views were great from every location! We especially enjoyed the master bedroom view and the beautiful furnishings! The mattress is very comfortable and supportive... not too hard, and the sheets were soft and luxurious! Although this room is warmer with the large windows, we found a white fan in the closet and sat it on top of the chest. We turned it up on high and it quickly solved the issue. We also thought the bathrooms were so nice and had great views! The layout of the condo is ideal and the kitchen was also beautiful. You really can't go wrong with this one! We live in nearby Okaloosa County and wanted somewhere peaceful on the beach to rest and rejuvenate from our jobs, and this could not have been more perfect. The owners decorated very beautifully! The condo location is quiet...in the corner on the 18th floor, the views were amazing, and we were able to get some much needed rest away from the busyness of everyday work life! Thank you for a peaceful getaway! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful FL trip!

This our second time in Sandestin. The first time we were at Beachside one (in a condo from the same property owner) and this time we were in Beachside 2. The condo was perfect. I was worried about “elevator wait times” since we were on the 18th floor, but we had no issues at all!! Great condo. Loved beachside two (although my kids prefer the pool at beachside one).The location couldn’t be more perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs were a big plus!

Spring Break

The property was exactly as listed. The condo was so clean, great location and perfect for our family of 5 during Spring Break. The beach chairs are a great addition so that you don't have to pay to reseve some at the beach! My only suggestion would be to have a salt & pepper shaker in the kitchen. We bought some groceries to cook breakfast and didn't buy any salt/pepper assuming there would be some at the condo. Unfortunately, didn't realize this until cooking breakfast. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed.

Senior Fall Break

Our condo was clean and as beautiful in person as it was on the web site. The only complaint was the master bed was a little soft for me but I think that’s a personal preference. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed using the beach chairs. Overall we would definitely rent this condo again and appreciate that it was exactly as described on line.

Much needed getaway

We had no issues. Would rent again. (One of beach chairs provided broke die to rust over time used & the beach umbrella provided was missing a pole piece) wasn’t an issue for us as we had backup.

The entire Sandestin Golf and Beach property was immaculately kept. Condo is extremely nice. 1st class accommodations. Professionally managed- with all instructions to check in, very well communicated before we arrived. Very easy to enter property- and very well maintained. We will be back to see you again!!
