The cover on bed wasn’t clean. The sofa is worn-and there were spots on the carpet. The host did respond quickly. The view was great and the area was perfect. Overall the stay eas good. Valet was superb.

Walk to the beach 5 minutes, coffee shop, ice cream, restaurants everything was walking distance. My only complaint about the unit is the TP was half of a roll, I totally forgot to buy coffee filters and there were none. I will rate it 8/10. Te view from the balcony was my favorite. Sunsets everyday.

Good but could use some amenity upgrades

The property looked like pictures for the most part. FYI...wagon there but no contents as picture shows. Overall, we were happy with the unit except for some amenities. Couch definitely needs cleaned. Bedspreads for sure need washed, sheets were stained, old and very rough in the master. I ended up buying my own sheets to use for the week. The beds were VERY firm with no padding or padded mattress covers. The so-called "queen" bed in the second bedroom was very hard and small (we didn't feel it was a real queen size). My son-in-law ended up sleeping on the sofa all week because they were so cramped on the bed. Kids slept on sofabed which was hard, but expected and they didn't care. Sheets and pillows were supplied for all beds (though not very nice sheets) but absolutely NO blankets in the unit other than the spreads on the two beds. Not enough towels/washclothes. Had to do laundry every day to have enough for 6 people. Again, I ended up buying some bath towels for us to use and we had our own beach towels. The knob to start the dryer was broke (which we alerted rental company of the first day) and they brought up a pair of pliers to use saying they knew it was broke but glued it on hoping it would hold (came off first time I touched it) and had ordered a new knob (which was supposed to be there mid week but they never came to replace). No matter, the dryer worked by using pliers to turn on. We eat two meals in the unit and there was minimal cooking pans, but we made do with what they had. Could use a pitcher in the unit. The rental company was very cooperative and easy to use. This is our 4th time staying at an Ariel Dunes unit. We do like the location, views from our balcony, walking proximity to beach and the price point. Pools were never crowded until our last day. A large family arrived and took over playing very inappropriate music very loudly that children should not be hearing.....so we ended our pool time early because of it. They were also very rowdy in the pool around the children. That was our only "problem" with other guests during our week. We did not complain, just left the area. We had good accommodations and a great trip, but we have definitely stayed in more "comfortable" units in that building. I know it is a fine line for owners since some renters do not treat the accommodations respectfully (aka, broken dryer knob and broken lamp in closet).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great place to relax. The showers need some attention we did see some mold that definitely needs to be addressed. Not a huge selection of kitchen items but adequate. Overall it was clean and well decorated. The patio table was a great choice. Would stay again.

I didn’t like that they don’t play any music by the Pool, also don’t forget to bring TP and coffee filters because we did. but overall I will rate it 8/10.

Great winter in Miramar Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have had this unit for over 5 months per year. We also are planning another 5 months starting in October. We like being on the 10th floor. Looking at other Units all of 3D rentals units are clean, updated or being undated. Staff is friendly and personable. If there is a problem it will be taken care of you can see from above I have and will continue to recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic

This was a fabulous vacation for our family. It was so comfortable and let us do so many activities in a close area. We loved it!! Our property manager was always quick to answer my questions.
