Perfect beach getaway

The unit is amazing. Perfect location on the golf course and short ride to the beach. Beautiful spacious balcony to hangout for coffee. Would stay again and highly recommend to all!

Great time in sandestin

We had an amazing time at this property. The location was exactly what we wanted. Close the everything but not busy. The golf cart was an added bonus! My teens enjoyed going for breakfast every morning. We will be back

Nice Location within Sandestin!

Beautiful accommodations, close to busy Parkway, yet quiet within the community. An air compressor located outside the walls of guest bedrooms was a bit loud at night (non consistent rpm). If fixed would be much more enjoyable for sleep. Golf cart was an added bonus!

Golf cart is definitely a plus, was a convenient way to travel, beach...Baytowne Wharf. Probably one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had! Resort is big but spread out, never felt crowded. Beautiful place, will stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Pine Ridge is very convenient for access throughout Sandestin and Destin. The unit was very spacious and well kept. Downside was the noise from US 98 when on the deck. No road noise inside. Staff was extremely attentive and responsive (even delivering space heaters when the furnace failed whichwas replaced in just a few days.)

Wi-Fi Issue

The Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded. It was spotty throughout and it was completely out for the last 24 hours. Other than the Wi-Fi a very nice place.

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for our family and the golf cart was a plus! The location was wonderful right next to the pool. The only problem was the beach. It was ridiculously crowded due to the tram drop off there. There were rows and rows of chairs and people everywhere. We had to put our chairs at the back and we couldn’t even see the water. We had to drive down to a different beach access to be able to enjoy the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Tee by the Sea! We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids and this place was large enough for us all. The kids favorite part was the golf cart. The adults enjoyed the proximity to the beach and resort, as well as the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cups for our entire party. And it was great having a washer/dryer in the unit. We had a few issues (golf cart battery and heater), but My Vacation Haven was very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Definitely will return.

When we arrived, we were informed that the renters before us damaged the golf cart. We were very disappointed, but this was not the owners fault. They made it right by giving us a financial compensation each day we were without the golf cart. They had it fixed and returned 1 1/2 days before we had to leave. They communicated along the way and we were refunded 4 days after we checked out. We would DEFINITELY return. The condo was very nice, clean, and the location is on a nice quiet street. We had a fantastic week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was super clean and super spacious. It was ready when we arrived for check in. We have used MVH for over 20 years and each time we stay, we are pleased with the service and care we receive. The golf cart was charged and ready to go. This condo has a garage and the beach closet was stocked nicely. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the terrace. Opening the doors to the terrace allowed us to double the living room area in the evenings as we watched the college series and provide more than ample space.
