Clean house with a great location

The house was clean, the location was great with a park a few blocks away. The beds were relatively comfortable. There is a tenant in the basement with a door that leads up into the main house. The door is locked, but it was slightly uncomfortable.

Nice neighborhood

Except for host not communicating well and kinda dirty, it was a nice house. No washer/dryer but laundromat down the road was very neat and clean. There is a renter downstairs but didn’t hear anything from them. Otherwise it was ok.
