Looking for midterm renters (fully furnished place) for 1-3 months beginning in January of 2025.
The property is a charming two-bedroom, two-bath, townhouse with a two car garage. It is 25 minutes from downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. It features a spacious and open layout. As you enter, you're welcomed by a bright living room that leads into a designated dining area. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is equipped with a floating island that adds both style and functionality to the space. Recently repainted, the interiors feel fresh and updated.
Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms and the convenience of an in-unit laundry room. The loft area offers additional space for an office/lounge.
There are lots of walking paths nearby and it is 5 minutes from a target and Walmart, as well as several cute restaurants.
