Make yourself at home in this thoughtfully updated 1901 Northeast Minneapolis house, furnished and equipped for extended stays, family transitions, work assignments, relocation, or simply having more room while visiting Minneapolis.

The home has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 in real beds. Three bedrooms have queen beds. The North Bedroom has two Twin XL beds that can be configured together as a king or separated, along with two additional pull-out twin beds. Every bedroom includes a dedicated workspace.

There is one full bathroom on the main floor, featuring a classic clawfoot tub with an added shower. An additional toilet and utility sink are available in the basement. The Main Bedroom is on the main floor, while the other three bedrooms are upstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for everyday cooking rather than just occasional meals, making the home well suited for longer stays. Guests also have a private fenced backyard, driveway parking, and EV charging.

The home retains the character and craftsmanship of its 1901 construction while incorporating practical modern conveniences. Seasonal window air-conditioning units are provided in three of the four bedrooms; the home does not have central air conditioning.
