The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just the small things that make the difference and it was a good stay rather than an excellent stay. The coffee machine in the restaurant needs replacing. The staff at the Hotel were great especially the lady on Reception who was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel bedrooms are a little outdated but perfectly fine. We stayed in the cottage and I found the walls were very thin and I could hear the people next door and above.
