Amazing Views

We loved the spacious house, the views and being able to hop downstairs to the beach. We would definitely recommend this house.

Family vacation

Wow! House was exactly what was needed for our family vacation! Location- the best spot ever- right on the beach- loved our time on the beach. Views from the house of sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the evening! Enough space for all - loved huge table in upper level- meals shared and lots of game nights. Rooms - comfortable beds. Excellent kitchen with lots of room for meal preps. Also 3 screened porches- wonderful!

Surprise ending

Kitchen appliances were top notch. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms beautiful. Could have had more seating and a reading chair and lamp. Did not expect the vrbo fee at the end - hence the surprise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and location. Had more spices and supplies than indicated on the contract. We had an issue with the new door locking system at night but they answered the phone and let us in remotely. We were able to figure out the problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in the fall for a lacrosse tournament. House is amazingly well appointed. New appliances, plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and you can't beat the view. Kids ventured into the ocean. Would 100% recommend and will stay again!Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views in this home can’t be beat! The home was brand new, large, beautifully built. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with anything you would need even for large crowds. The appliances were some like I’ve never seen. We spent NYE weekend there and loved it. Right on the beach, it was a little warmer so we were able to take advantage of this to walk on beach-would love to go back in summer. If the home had a hot tub and/or pool-it would make it even better! But definitely would recommend the stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 9 (5 adults/4 kids) who stayed late August. This house is brand new and simply amazing. You cannot beat the views from the kitchen, screened-in porches and 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We usually pack our lunch for the beach but ended up eating on the porch every day because we still felt like we were on the beach. The house is as well stocked as any "regular" home - down to a salad spinner! You will not need to take anything along with you for the kitchen. We typically stay in Lewes but I think this house has fully sold us on Broadkill Beach. The beach is clean and quiet and uncrowded. The calm waves are perfect for kids and provide a relaxing soundscape. Thank you to the owners for creating a perfect vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was just great. The cottage is quite beautiful and situated to take advantage of the proximity to Delaware Bay. Almost all of the rooms had great views. The kitchen was fabulous and extremely well equipped. It was a wonderful and relaxing week. We would come back to 5 Maryland Avenue in a heartbeat!
