We had a very disappointing stay at this property.The primary issue was not a lack of communication. Management did respond to messages. The problem was a consistent pattern of deflection and refusal to meaningfully investigate concerns that were raised during our stay.There were multiple issues throughout our visit. The heating system was only one of them. When we reported that the heater was not functioning properly, we were told to simply turn it on — something we had already done. We were then guided through additional steps, implying user error. We followed every instruction carefully. The heater still did not work. Despite this, we were told there was “no problem,” and no one came to inspect the system.What made this more concerning was discovering that a guest who stayed two months earlier had reported the same heating issue. When this was brought to management’s attention, it was dismissed as unrelated.The heater was only one example. The broader experience was defined by repeated minimization of legitimate concerns and a refusal to take responsibility or investigate issues in person.Communication alone is not accountability. That distinction became very clear during this stay.
