This beachfront home has stunning views, multiple outdoor areas, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. Take a stroll down your private stairs to this beautiful and quiet beach - just for you! - and enjoy everything that Prime Hook Beach has to offer. With views of the water throughout, this fully updated house has everything you need for your next vacation.

With a patio set up with a large dining table and a large balcony with seating, you can enjoy the views from everywhere you go. You can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from both sides of the water and the balconies on each side of the house. The water on the beach is calm and great for swimming and fun.

Bright open spaces are perfect for gathering with family and friends. The house was newly updated in 2023 and well-appointed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, and the two-
zone central air conditioning and heating system will keep you comfortable all year round. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, so you can stay connected even when you're relaxing by the beach.

The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The house has two primary bedrooms with ensuites - one on the first floor with a half bathroom and one upstairs with a full bathroom, stunning views of the water, and access to the balcony. Also on the first floor is another
bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with two queen beds and a bunk room with two bunk beds. Three bedrooms also have TVs (the primaries and the double queen room).

The house features two living areas - an open-concept living and dining space downstairs and a loft upstairs with two additional couches and beautiful views. Great to read, play games, or have a second space to hang out.

The outdoor areas are just as impressive as the indoor ones. The patio is perfect for dining al fresco, and the large balcony is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Very nice but ...
I thought the property was overpriced; I use VRBO often and it was almost doubled. BUT...The house was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishes, pans and utensils. It was clean and provided a great space for the family. They do not provide towels, linens or sheets. For the price, this should be an included service. The deck was very nice for an outdoor space leading to the beach. The beach area was not clean. We had Quite a few members of the family also experienced really bad bites from sand fleas. With it being in the bay and the time of the year this is expected but it was bad. Make sure to take spray to keep from getting bitten.

This place needs fumigation. The master bathroom shower and sink have no water pressure and do. Not drain. Properly. The property management is sub par.

Quick stay on the bay
House was very clean and roomy. Pictures were accurate. One issue we had was with the shower in the master bathroom. On the first day we used the shower, and water started pouring out of one of the light fixtures in the kitchen. We notified the real estate agent, and he said he would let the owner know, but we never heard anything further. We showered for the rest of the trip in the kids bathroom. We selected this house based on the proximity to the Delaware Turf complex. The house was about 25 minutes away instead of rehoboth which is about 45 minutes away. While it was closer, we definitely noticed a difference being on the bay vs the on the ocean. Not just the waves, but the bugs. Again not in the house, but sitting outside or down at the beach it was very buggy. So overall, nice place, pictures and description were accurate, but we will probably look elsewhere next time.

Family Vacation
The house was great, very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the beach in their back yard. The private beach allowed for exploring the natural sea life. The biggest downfall was the flies and mosquitos.
