The location was a good location for us to spend the night in the Cooperstown area. The outside of the property is not exactly as pictured right now. I hope it is a work in progress. The inside was fine. The room was good and we had a private bathroom. The owner, Matt, is very nice and he made a wonderful breakfast! We enjoyed our short stay.

Whether you are passing through, staying for Cooperstown All-Star Villiage, or Dreams Park, this is a great location. Its an historic home with modern functionality, and Matt is an awesome host. There was a delicious, real home cooked breakfast each morning, and he provides great recommendations for dining, and desserts, all just a short drive from the property.

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this little gem of a bed-and-breakfast on our way back home! The rooms were so eclectic and the house itself has so much character! Matt is an amazing host and a great chef. We highly recommend you stop and check this place out!

Quaint, historic building with beautiful, individually decorated rooms…one or more with private bath. Owner Matt is fabulous, helpful, and a Fantastic Chef!! Breakfast of pancakes, sausages, and eggs was delicious, and the fresh-brewed coffee was too. Perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Inn while moving our daughter to SUNY Oneonta. The host Matt was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with passion, adding a special touch to our mornings. The historic house is full of charm and character, providing a unique and memorable experience. Our host Matt has found his true calling in running the inn in this great old home. He offers suggestions for dining around the area. He offers 3 different breakfast serving times. And the breakfasts are homemade and delicious!

We liked the proximity to Copperstown. Also liked the host. He is very friendly and accommodating. Shared bathroom was not an issue and the bathroom was updated and clean. Beds were also very comfortable. This is a 200 year old home and is very charming. The downside is the property is lacking in routine maintenance and upkeep. Frayed rugs, dusty, gaps to the sides of the window air conditioner, lots of spider webs in between the windows. Exterior also needs a good clean up, paint and sign needs to be fixed. Good was good just would have been nice to have some healthier options.
