The hotel is located in what seems to be an office building on the 4th floor. The room itself is sufficient. The bathroom is larger which is nice. You can hear people opening and closing the door or the phone ringing in their room. I found the rooms to be on the warmer side. The front receptionist was very kind to get a taxi for me and assisted me with information when he was arriving and where.

I made my reservation about 40 mins into my arrival to the hotel, i was coming from a very bad experience from another hotel and was so upset, angry, etc; When I arrived to Sospeso Boutique Hotel Vinny was waiting with a smiling and realize I was very stressed, he welcomed me and gave me an upgrade on my room which I was so grateful for and when I went to my room it was a large complete beautiful room living room 2 bathrooms and king size bedroom with work area. Thank you Vinny the room made my trip complete and saying bye to Italy with a smile. I will definitely be back! I recommend this place to anyone coming to Rome it is by far the best hotel. Dianne
