Great location, great room

My experience was really good there. Very clean room with coffee machine, kettle and teabag, water... The room and the washroom was super clean. The check-in process is kind of weird as they are not at the place, but that's not a big deal. The only bad thing is that this place has a tiny elevator only for luggages and that's available after about 10 steps which is really annoying when you have heavy luggage.

Excellent location! We enjoyed everything about our stay. The air conditioning didn’t work as it was supposed to. We never called anyone to correct. Too tired to care. Location was amazing and check in was simple. Parking was also very close. 5 minute walk. We would stay here again for sure

Terrible place in Milan

No front desk. Must call and someone meets you at the place. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. We complained but nothing was done about it. Also air conditioning not working. Had to open window and it was very noisy. Do not recommend this place. I regret booking this room.

Definitely enjoyed my stay. Very convenient, walkable to main attractions and public transport. Rooms were clean and location gave me boutique hotel vibes. I arrived after the check-in time and was accommodated. The only thing I was not the biggest fan of was that there is no staff on premises. You must call on the phone for check in and check out as well of any questions or concerns.

No heating during winter time. it took 3 days to get warm blankets from the staff during which I had to make 8 calls, write 2 e-mails and provide pictures proving that blankets were not brought by staff). There is no reception in place and calls are the only way for resolution.
