Booked this B&B by mistake. Actually wanted the B&B in central Milan. It was a terrible experience. The hotel was very dirty. The carpet in the hallway had stains throughout. The walls were also dirty. No lifts to the The standard room. The staff doesn’t help with the luggage even when we asked. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. When we finanh checked in the staff warned that The standard room had an outdoor garage attached. Staff said “if the door leading to the outdoor garage isn’t locked we can come and lock it for you” the door wasn’t locked and the room just felt unsafe. I asked my three rooms to be moved to a room without a garage. These rooms happened to be on the opposite side of the hotel with access to a lift, staff still didn’t help with luggage. A Taxi to central Milan will cost between €60-€100. Decided to move to a different hotel in central Milan.

Very pleasant

Stayed 1 night, very easy to find and great location. Room comfortable and very spacious. Very modern fittings and bathroom. Internet worked perfectly . Breakfast was decent although nothing too special. Would stay again.

Nice Hotel VERY hard to find

This hotel was not able to be found by our SatNAV. It took two phone calls and spelled out directions to get there! The hotel is located behind a busy office area and beside a vacant lot. The locations was hard to find, but when we found it and saved the location in the SatNAV, everything else was great! The facilities are new and very clean.

Super great room

Fantastic hotel we loved our room it was super new and modern. The beds so comfortable. Only problem was they advertised that there was internet but it only worked in the hall way and kept switching off and was ever so slow. So if you dont need internet definatly a fantastic room and hotel !

"Friendly staff, but no way to get around"

If you are looking for friendly staff and great breakfast, they have it at Park Hotel. However, what they do not have is an easy way to get into Milan. The hotel is located in Cassano, Italy and required several expensive forms of transportation. Prior to booking the hotel, we called to make sure it was not difficult to get into Milan (because we knew it was outside of the city), and someone at the front desk reassured us that it was only a short walk to the metro station and a 30 minute train ride. That was not true at all. It was a 10 minute cab ride (because it was much to far to walk and it is exceptionally difficult to obtain a bus ticket) and then a 40 minute train ride every day. Although the hotel itself was very nice, I would not recommend staying here if it is Milan you desire to vist.
