Beautiful hotel, very nice staff and felt like it was new! Definitely give it 5*! Thank you to the full team for giving us extra benefits such as VIP Terrace, Francesco organising our personal driver and advising us the best places to visit. The only few recommendations: More choice at breakfast, for the 5 days we were there it was pretty standard and unchanged. The spa area was very quiet and often guests don’t know about it, so just allowing all guests who have paid a lot to have a free hour booked in? Overall, brilliant experience in Milan and Lake Como!
