The apartment was not ready for occupancy. The problems were Peeling wall with traces of water on it. The shower head was broken. Toilet drains broke. It could not be used Electricity went out, the air conditioning did not work at 34 degrees Celsius. The elevator did not work. We carried heavy suitcases from the 4th floor.

una location fantastica rovinata da...

La corte è bellissima con vicini simpaticissimi che organizzavano quella sera una festa per puro caso. Ma l'esperienza è stata negativa sotto ogni profilo. Prima di tutto il check in avviene in un posto diverso dalla stanza con conseguenti disagi, poi arrivati in stanza troviamo dei peli nel bagno e la mancanza del minimo indispensabile (caffè, acqua, ecc.). Ci troviamo addebitate le pulizie di 35 euro in aggiunta al prezzo della stanza e nonostante fosse sporca non ci vengono rimborsate ma ci viene offerto uno sconto futuro. Trovo la pratica di prezzo molto scorretta e le condizioni igieniche inadeguate. Inoltre i letti non erano matrimoniali, ma due letti uniti da un lenzuolo, con la conseguenza che durante la notte si sono allontanati e sono caduto dal letto!! Nessun fermo li univa! Peccato perché la location è fantastica..

POTENZIALE SPRECATO

in bellissima posizione, prossima a metropolitana e Sant'Ambrogio, inserita in uno splendido condominio di ringhiera. Peccato che la chiavetta dell'ascensore fosse guasta e il terzo piano con la valigia impegnativo. L'appartamento all'interno è poco curato, impolverato e con un odore sgradevole, anche della biancheria. Peccato, perché avrebbe tutto per piacere e basterebbe davvero poco per migliorarlo.
