Heater not working properly, towel heater not working, sink a little clogged, rooms are in poor condition, noise in the others room you can hear everything. Very low quality and staff tried to help, but too many issues.

The hotel claims 4 stars but it is not quite worth this level. I would definitely not go beyond 3 stars. My room does not even have bedside table and I had to use a chair to hold my phone for the night.

Not bad for 1 night stay

Good service and amenities. Bed sheets were slightly sloppy, just a shed put on top of two single mattresses and a blanket with another sheet on top, no duvet or cover.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel as described by Expedia. It’s a 2 star but even 2 star is too much for it The staff at the desk when we did the check in were very arrogant even not a simple smile. Just thrown the room card in a paper where the room number. The room was dirty and the smell of humidity completely disgusting. At the corridor in the 3 rd floor was plenty of water. Finally we decided to leave the hotel and took another one not very far from this one Please change the description of the hotel It’s not serious to describe it as 4 star. Sorry but this hotel is not good for your health

The hotel building is generally OK, and the dining (both for breakfast and dinner) were great. Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a bit out of the way, although quite close to the autostrada. The area around the hotel could do with a bit of work - the car park and maybe cut the grass once in a while as it is pretty overgrown. Initial impressions of the room was OK, however, the rooms themselves were pretty badly maintained. We stayed there for two nights and had to change rooms due to a leak in the bathroom from the floor above. In both rooms, there were different, random things that either didn’t work properly or just weren’t there. Bathroom fans, lights, the fridge (empty in one room, with bottled water in the other), hairdryer etc were all inconsistent. And in the second room, we were given 1 towel for a family of 4. The most fun part of the stay, though, was playing the ‘which lift is coming, if any?’ game. This includes a series of random lights and pings from anywhere except your lift… Overall - not bad, but could be a lot better with some investment in upgrading or improving the facilities
