Amazing location a few minutes away from San Babila metro station and Duomo and perfect size for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). Super comfortable beds and pillows and practical little kitchenette. Everything is new and clean. Host is very responsive through WhatsApp even helping with restaurant recommandations. Intelligent room requiring a cell phone app (with wi-fi) to enter the building and the room, which was for us the only downside. Highly recommand staying there when in Milan!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato purtroppo molto deludente. Le istruzioni per l’ingresso non erano chiare: siamo stati rimandati da un sito all'altro e infine a un video esterno per capire come accedere, il che è stato complicato e poco pratico essendo già sul posto. L’accesso avveniva tramite telefono, ma non era indicato chiaramente che bisognava attraversare un’ulteriore porta in vetro per raggiungere l’ascensore. Non c’erano indicazioni visibili al piano e abbiamo dovuto attendere l’aiuto del personale di servizio per trovare l'alloggio. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo, c'è stata molta confusione sull'orario di check-in: l'orario comunicato ufficialmente in precedenza non è stato rispettato, giustificando il ritardo come un errore di sincronizzazione dei sistemi. La situazione più grave riguarda l'igiene: il pavimento non era pulito, c’erano peli ovunque e abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di parassiti (pulci). Anche la biancheria da letto non era stata cambiata, costringendoci a sostituirla personalmente per poter riposare. Sebbene il giorno seguente sia stata effettuata una pulizia, l’esperienza era ormai compromessa. L’appartamento è carino, ma la gestione e il servizio sono stati del tutto inadeguati. Non torneremo.
