Disliked: Cleanliness
Horrible experience...ruined my trip to Milan - host was a no-show and we were unable to check in. VRBO support was not very helpful - " Vrbo stated" we cannot provide same day rescue support booking for our screwed up Host failure" ...leaving us to find our own accomodations. Worst online hotel booking experience I have ever had - missed my day tour .and had to settle for a 3 star dive just to have a place to sleep and shower.
