Staff on reception were helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection, but weirdly no teaspoons!? The room was everything it needed to be, and bed made, room/bathroom cleaned every day. Bed/pillows were comfy too. The one minor thing was that the hairdryer was ancient and not very powerful, (but i should have brought my own!) Great place to walk in to Duomo. Complimentary marshmallows in reception were my absolute favourite. Lovely stay.

The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from the central station. It looked tired from the outside, but was very spacious inside. The rooms were clean and again spacious. The separate bath and shower were a nice touch for the end of a long journey. There was a gym, swimming pool and sauna. However, they were small for such a large hotel, though the terrace bar on the top of the hotel was lovely. The staff were great and made are rooms up to a very good standard. The food for breakfast had great options and the dinner in the evening was fairly well priced.

There are definitely good bones in this hotel, but it absolutely needs freshening up. My room was large but it felt like there was a lot of unused space - and the furniture was the old-fashioned wooden type. It was in good condition, just not what you'd expect in a four-star hotel in 2025 (similar to the Wetherspoons-esque carpet in the hallways). In less good condition were the toilet and shower, both of which needed minor repairs - still usable, but routine maintenance should've caught the issues. I used the spa once and that certainly needs some attention - the steam room didn't work, the pool was much colder than it claimed to be, and it's just pretty cramped. The attached gym isn't massive either, so maybe spread the spa over the entire space and find room for the gym elsewhere? Of course, it was certainly not all bad - the bed was comfy, the products in the bathroom smelled great, the breakfast was large and frequently replenished, and the staff I chatted with were all friendly. The location couldn't be better either - just down the road from the central station and on the M1 line, which goes into the city centre proper (Duomo, Castle Sforza, etc).

The breakfast buffet was lovely. A lot of thought put into it. Lovely area for breakfast too. Pool was nice- but was a bit too cold. No towels either. It would have been nice had the pool area had towels. For whatever reason no towels are kept in pool area for use. Had to ask for towels at front desk pre-swim. Also, had to request a robe from front desk, which did not make its way to my room during my week long stay. Would have been pleasant to wear a rove to the poo. Having a robe in my room upon arrival would have been a simple pleasant fix. Front desk was sufficient could provide more welcoming service. Ie. why am I having to ask for towels to swim- why could not get a robe in my room after requesting one. They were also aware the robe did not come, and following that still no robe. Too bad front desk isn’t as organized and thoughtful as the breakfast staff.

The hotel is located next to Lima metro station and is within walking distance of Milano Centrale. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was amazing ! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is in a good location. Next to a metro with good links to the centre. Breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. It was very disappointing that the hotel supplied only one complimentary bottle of water on our first day. Also, biscuits on top of the dressing table are included in the mini bar so are expensive. The hotel is dated but our room was comfortable. I had asked for a quiet room, which it was. Unfortunately we looked directly on to a wall. Overall it served a purpose but I wouldn't stay again.

Beautiful and convenient hotel with a surprisingly nice gym, pool and sauna on site that was perfect for jet lag. Location was perfect for walking to everywhere we needed with great shopping and dining only steps away.
