Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. The elevator is extremely small—barely large enough for one person and a suitcase. Upon arrival, the entrance to our room was cluttered with bags of dirty linens and towels left by the cleaning staff, which gave a very poor first impression. The flooring throughout the unit is old and creaky; it’s nearly impossible to walk without waking others in the room. The shower is very small, and the wooden bathroom floor felt worn and moldy. Our room also had a broken couch handle and two large carpet stains beside the bed—both unpleasant and unacceptable for a guest space. While the surrounding area itself is nice, the room conditions were far below expectations. Internet speed was very slow, and ride services like Uber or taxis would not come directly to the property, forcing us to move our luggage to another hotel to find transportation.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.
