Fantastic customer service! They accepted a package on my behalf and brought it straight to my room. Also have private baggage storage to house your bags- my flight was late night so I was able to explore the city without dragging my luggage.

Great location and nice room.

Lovely room, value for money and close to the station. Good breakfast. But the meal in the restaurant was average as was the service. The bar wasn’t open an 9pm. We had chosen the hotel for its location and would use it again.

Very convenient, it is close to the central station to be able to get around by train, buffet breakfast nice , very old decoration but is ok , facility good enough. Something NEGATIVE only in put room to much problem to charge our electronic a few outlets not working , the rest for the price what we pay good enough . It is not close to tourist sites but because of the train it is too close to be able to move around easily.

This was a great hotel in close Proximity to the Milan Centrale Station. It was so quiet and we slept all night! It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast that is included was very good. The staff were so nice. I only give 4 stars for the fact that the upholstery on the headboard was coming detached and had staples exposed. A small child could get pricked, but we just watched ourself. Otherwise FIVE stars from us!
