TV didn't work, asked a member of staff to check it never showed up. Lift was broke for 2 days. Really bad transportation services. Pretty much unmanned most of the time. Surrounding area feels a bit unsafe

Erste Tag war Rezeption nicht erreichbar per telefon. Obwohl die bis 18 uhr erreichbar sein sollten. 2 te Tag Unser Tür hat sich nicht abgeschlossen. Jeder könnte von aussen in unser Zimmer rein weil es defekt war und weil niemand erreichbar war und wir unser Sachen nicht dort lassen wollten wenn wir ins Stadt gehen mussten wir ein andere Hotel suchen und Joivy verlassen. (Hotel war für 3 Nächte gebucht mal schauen ob die entgegen kommen )
